Did you know: On April 11, 2013, 450 high school students in Tancítaro, Michoacán, Mexico set the world record for the largest serving of guacamole, which weighed 2,670 kilograms, or 5,886lbs. National Guacamole Day is celebrated on Mexican Independence Day, September 16th.
